Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Sales Manager for the Round Rock store. The role leads front-end and service operations, coaches the team on selling behaviors, and ensures alignment with brand standards and SOPs.

You will drive KPIs through strong customer focus and daily execution. Responsibilities include MOD leadership, POS optimization, and omni-channel service, with oversight of in-store programs such as Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and frame shop coordination where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Customer-focused coaching and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs.
• Coach selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store operations.
• Oversee omni-channel tasks (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Drive loyalty programs enrollment and protection plan adoption.
• Manage balloons, framing, and knit & sew shop activities where applicable.
