Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Sales & Customer Service to ensure the best of Macy’s is on display, leading initiatives to boost shopper loyalty while upholding Macy’s standards for customer service.

You will train, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage selling operations, and collaborate across OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection to drive results and a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field or equivalent retail leadership experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching abilities for a diverse team.
