Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Manager, Sales & Customer Service to lead a productive sales floor and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach the team, drive loyalty initiatives, and ensure Macy's standards across service and operations.

You will partner with store leadership to optimize performance, develop talent, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of management experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Build a productive, enthusiastic team eager to engage with customers.
• Exceed sales goals by coaching, recognition, and improving productivity.
• Review and utilize sales data to recognize colleagues and develop strategies.
• Manage selling support including stockroom, signing, equipment, and merchandising.
• Support OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection as needed.
• Interview, hire, train, coach, develop, and discipline reports; ensure performance and behavior expectations are met.
• Work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues and customers.
