This role emphasizes coaching, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration across OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection, with a flexible retail schedule including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
• Retail management experience and leadership capabilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a productive, enthusiastic team focused on helping customers.
• Exceed sales goals by coaching and recognizing performance, improving efficiency.
• Review sales data to develop strategies and improve results.
• Manage selling support including stockroom, signage, equipment and merchandising.
• Support OMNI, Style, and Asset Protection in daily operations.
• Conduct talent analysis and establish career progression plans for key roles.
