Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Sales & Customer Service to ensure the best of Macy's is on display and the store delivers outstanding customer experiences. Lead a capable team, drive loyalty, coach staff, and uphold Macy’s standards while delivering a welcoming sales floor.

You will manage selling support, coaching, and performance initiatives across departments, while aligning with Omni, Style, and Asset Protection teams and driving retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is encouraged to apply.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
