New Balance is seeking a Retail Sale Associate to ensure the store operates smoothly and delivers exemplary customer service. You will apply expert product knowledge and proper selling techniques to assist customers through every step of the transaction while positively representing the brand.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, understanding needs, educating on features and benefits, and accurate pricing and labeling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person!
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model.
• Greet and make customer contact and understand the customer’s needs.
• Educate the customer on product features and benefits and solve customer questions.
• Transact the sale through suggestive selling and effective closing.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
