New Balance is seeking Retail Sale Associates to ensure store excellence and provide exemplary customer service. In this role you will use product knowledge to help customers throughout the transaction, greet customers, understand their needs, educate on features, and close sales with effective upselling.

You will also help fit customers with NB products, inform them about promotions, keep the floor organized, and maintain proper labeling and security.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash register functions and basic math.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a flexible schedule (including weekends/holidays).

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service using strong product knowledge and the GUEST service model: Greet, Understand, Educate, Solve, Transact.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep the floor neat and well stocked.
• Label items correctly and monitor security tags and shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and lift requirements; stand for extended periods.
