Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using NB guest service model and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with product selection and promote features and benefits.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience.
• Inform customers about current promotions and loyalty programs.
