Job summary

Michaels in Worcester, MA is hiring for a store role focusing on customer service and merchandizing. You will assist shoppers, manage checkout with cash handling, and participate in unloading, stocking and planograms to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; promote commitment to the organization's values
• Other duties as assigned
