Job summary

Michaels Springfield West is seeking an energetic Retail Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain appealing, in-stock store conditions.

Training on rewards programs and VOC surveys is provided. You’ll engage customers about benefits and enroll them when appropriate, support Buy Online Pickup in Store, and contribute to store operations including inventory and safety

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Willingness to perform truck unloading, stocking, and store recovery tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers in locating products.
• Handle checkout process with accuracy and courtesy.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
• Maintain planograms and in-store merchandising.
• Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS where applicable.
• Participate in store recovery and loss prevention initiatives.
