Job summary

Michaels WOR-MILLBURY store seeks team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in stocking, truck unloading, and maintain in-stock merchandise.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in the Rewards program, assisting with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store, and upholding SOPs and safety programs. Evening/weekend shifts may be required in a climate-controlled retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Willingness to learn and follow SOPs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Ensure merchandise is in-stock and well-merchandised; complete return/go back processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and safety compliance.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates in all situations.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
