Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise in-stock condition; manage returns/go-backs.
