Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute point of sale and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training of merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; ensure Kohl's brand standards.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy through proper merchandise disposition processes.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register balancing, change orders, and voided transactions.
