Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS and customer service standards per guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising, product knowledge and brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes and safe cash handling.
