Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POC and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to accurately execute point of sale and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; adhere to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes (register and cash balancing, change orders, voided transactions, supplies, over/short).
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
• Exercise good judgment and provide direction to associates.
• Model, guide and coach associates toward a customer service mindset.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and proper signing/pricing.
