Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor to oversee point of sale and customer service, coaching associates and ensuring consistent execution across shifts. You will lead, train and supervise staff, manage POS transactions and cash handling, and contribute to achieving store goals while maintaining Kohl’s brand standards.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with strong communication skills, flexible availability, and retail supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS and customer service standards.
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandising presentation to Kohl’s brand standards.
• Open and close store processes as key holder and manage cash-related activities.
• Use KPIs to drive overall store results.
