Qualificações

• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the service team in meeting storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; uphold Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy by completing merchandise disposition tasks.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register cash balancing and cash handling.
