Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to drive outstanding customer service and lead optical and lab processes in a full-time store role. You will guide sales associates, assist customers with selections, and ensure accurate product knowledge and smooth operations.

The position emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on involvement in both retail and lab workflows, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction across LensCrafters’ standard of care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical & retail experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.
• Basic math, cash handling, and POS familiarity expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team delivers unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactively suggest solutions, maintain product knowledge, and assist sales associates.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder; manage store processes in collaboration with the team.
• In lab scope, support fitting, edging, and ensuring optical standards.
