Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead clinical operations, coach a store team, and ensure exceptional patient experiences in an on-site retail setting. You will work with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to meet daily goals and uphold clinical standards while driving sales and service excellence.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and adherence to HIPAA while maintaining store brand standards and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail management experience or leadership in a clinical setting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Willingness to mentor and train others; customer/patient care oriented.

Responsibilities

Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from Clinical Operations.
Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and support operations and sales.
Greet patients, identify needs, and provide information on products and services to enhance experience.
Drive sales to meet revenue goals while maintaining quality patient care.
Coach and train Doctors and Technicians on clinical standards and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
