Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associates degree or advanced certification beyond high school; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Drive sales to exceed store revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and train staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctors and Technicians on diagnostic testing, contact lens care, and PEG clinical standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Ensure store brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Coach staff on proper insertion/removal of contact lenses and inventory management.
