Job summary

Stanton Optical in the United States is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team and ensure clinical goals are met with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department. You will act as the Manager on Duty to drive store performance in both operations and sales.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, training Doctor Technicians, and ensuring adherence to PEG clinical standards and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership in retail or clinical settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience mentoring staff and guiding patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals guided by Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales targets.
• Coach Doctor Technicians in Diagnostics Pre-Testing, Local Mode, Digital Refraction, and contact lens care.
• Ensure training guidelines and PEG clinical standards are followed.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Oversee staff training on insertion/removal of contact lenses and lens orders.
