Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead store teams and ensure high-quality patient care. You will supervise clinicians, mentor staff, and partner with the Clinical Operations Department to meet clinical and sales goals.

Greet patients, drive daily revenue, manage records per HIPAA, and uphold brand standards. Strong communication and flexibility are essential, with optical/clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership role.
• Associate degree or higher; or currently enrolled in relevant program.
• Clear communication and mentoring skills.
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with Clinical Operations guidance.
• Act as Manager on Duty to drive store performance and operations.
• Greet patients, identify needs, present products and services.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on pre-testing, refraction and PEG standards.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Ensure brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Coach technicians on contact lens insertion/removal and trials.
