Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to supervise the store team, ensure clinical goals are met, and act as Manager on Duty to support daily operations and sales targets. You will coach Doctor Technicians, oversee clinical standards, and maintain patient records with confidentiality.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership, strong communication, and a passion for patient care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer/patient care and a willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive sales to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals with outstanding customer service.
• Resolve issues and train staff on troubleshooting techniques.
• Supervise Doctor’s Technicians on diagnostic testing and clinical standards.
• Ensure training guidelines and clinical protocols are followed per company standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records with HIPAA compliance.
• Train Doctor Technicians on lens insertion/removal and contact lens procedures.
• Manage contact lens orders, trials, and inventory weekly.
