Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead and coach store teams in delivering exceptional patient experiences while meeting clinical goals. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to ensure adherence to standard procedures and HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associates degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a related program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
• Passion for patient care and willingness to mentor and train others.
• Flexible to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet or assist patients in-store to ensure a positive experience and meet clinical goals with guidance.
• Supervise store team to adhere to clinical standards and operational processes.
• Act as Manager on Duty to meet store goals and support sales and operations.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide supervision and training to Doctors and Technicians on clinical standards and procedures.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and ensure store brand standards.
