Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to partner with the Brand Manager in a busy on-site store. You will supervise the team to meet clinical goals, coach technicians, and ensure HIPAA-compliant patient records while driving revenue and service quality.

The role requires leadership experience in retail or clinical settings, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in related program.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals under guidance from Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and drive sales while delivering excellent service.
• Train Doctor Technicians in diagnostics and contact lens procedures.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance.
