Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience or experience in a clinical leadership role.
• An associates degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to store team to meet clinical goals per Clinical Operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operating and sales goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience and inform them about products and services.
• Drive sales to exceed revenue goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Coach and train Doctors and Technicians on clinical standards and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
