Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead the store team in delivering quality patient care and achieving clinical goals. You will work with the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations to supervise staff and uphold operational standards.

The role requires retail/clinical leadership experience, strong communication, and a passion for mentoring. You will also ensure HIPAA compliance and drive daily sales objectives in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership experience.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor/train others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business schedules.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team to meet clinical goals with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store operations and sales goals.
• Greet patients and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctors' Technicians in Diagnostic Pre-Testing and related clinical standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and store brand standards.
