Job summary

The Brookfield store of Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Retail Supervisor to assist with store and donation center operations, motivate the team, and deliver excellent customer service while supporting merchandising efforts.

You will oversee training, scheduling, cash handling, loss prevention adherence, and ensure safe, productive work environment; two years supervisory experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to complete forklift certification.
• Work varied schedule with weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage own work to reliably complete routine duties.
• Coach and supervise associates to meet standards.
• Maintain customer service and store operations.
• Oversee register operations and cash controls.
• Support merchandising and donation flow.
• Ensure safety and proper equipment use.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coverage planning.
• Lead service experiences at the point of sale.
• Enforce loss prevention policies and reporting.
• Maintain accurate data entry and reporting.
• Communicate policies to staff and leadership.
• Organize work assignments to boost service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
