Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking an Express Retail Operations Expert to enhance in-store experiences at Mall Of Georgia. You will lead merchandise flow, ensure product availability and sizing, and coach stockroom staff while supporting checkout and customer assistance.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and multitasking across floors, stock areas, and online order support, with a focus on delivering Express’ standard of service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders according to Express standards.
• Replenish product and maintain stock room organization.
• Coordinate pricing, markdowns and merchandise flow to floor.
• Support sales associates on the sales floor and during onboarding/training.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and assist with online orders as needed.
