Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos brands, seeks a Retail Operations Expert for Mall Of Georgia. This role focuses on stockroom supervision, coaching, and ensuring accurate processing of orders, shipments, and stock replenishment to support a seamless customer experience.

You will maintain an organized stock room, assist sales associates, coordinate pricing, and help with product launches. Must be available nights and weekends, with 0–2 years experience and proficiency with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, minimum 6 months.
• Available for nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Proficient with iPad and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates.
• Process shipping and receiving orders.
• Replenish product on the floor.
• Maintain a clean and organized stock room.
• Coordinate product pricing and markdowns.
• Assist customers on the sales floor as needed.
• Support product launches and onboarding.
