Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos brands, seeks a Retail Operations Expert for in-store merchandise flow and customer experience. You will coach staff, process shipping/receiving, replenish stock, and assist customers on the floor and at checkout.

The role supports product launches, pricing changes, and loyalty programs, with emphasis on safety, organization, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience; minimum 6 months.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).

Responsibilities

• Coach and train stockroom associates as needed.
• Process shipping and receiving orders efficiently.
• Replenish inventory and keep stock room organized.
• Assist customers on sales floor and with online orders.
• Support product launches and pricing changes per SOP.
• Provide checkout support and promote loyalty programs.
