PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Operations Expert for the Foley Express store. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding in-store shopping experience by leading merchandise flow, ensuring product availability and proper sizing, and coaching stockroom staff.

You will manage stockroom processes, assist with pricing, and provide support at checkout while coordinating with Sales Associates during onboarding and store launches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates.
• Process shipping and receiving orders to Express standards.
• Replenish product as needed.
• Process freight and sensor product.
• Maintain a clean, organized stock room for efficient processing.
• Coordinate pricing and markdowns.
• Support check-out activities as needed.
• Process fulfillment transactions quickly and accurately.
• Share information on product, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Support product launches and changes per SOP.
• Assist customers on the sales floor with locating product or online orders.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor
