PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking aRetail Operations Expert for the Foley store to enhance the in-store shopping experience by leading merchandise flow, confirming availability and sizing, and coaching stockroom staff. You will process shipping/receiving and assist customers on the floor.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and multitasking abilities, with proficiency in iPad and registers. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities within Express and Bonobos brands.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent.
• 0-2 years relevant job experience; minimum 6 months.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Proficient with iPad and cash/register systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training for stockroom associates.
• Process shipping and receiving orders per Express standards.
• Replenish product and maintain stock room organization.
• Coordinate pricing and markdowns for floor merchandising.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and during onboarding.
• Support checkout and fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share information on product promotions and loyalty programs.
• Assist with product launches and store changes per SOP.
• Deliver on the customer experience model.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
