Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC's Express Mayfair store seeks a Retail Operations Expert to enhance the in-store experience by leading merchandise flow and ensuring product availability and sizing.

You will coach stockroom staff, process shipments, replenish stock, coordinate pricing and markdowns, and assist customers on the sales floor. A high school diploma and 0–2 years' experience are expected, with availability nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; availability nights, weekends.
• Proficient with iPad and checkout registers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-store customer service and assist shoppers.
• Coordinate merchandise flow and ensure product availability and sizing.
• Assist with stocking, pricing, markdowns, and checkout support.
• Support Sales Associates during onboarding and training.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience per SOP.
