The role may cover Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties based on business needs and store volume. Compensation includes hourly pay in the $15–$17 range with base pay plus commission as applicable for sales roles, and a full suite of teammate benefits including health, dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, HSA/FSA options,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Perform Operations Manager duties and lead daily store processes.
• Oversee promotions, inventory management, and POS knowledge.
• Lead onboarding, interviewing, and new teammate training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with payments, exchanges and loss prevention policies.
