Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. This on-site, full-time role may also cover duties of Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser as needed by business demands.

You will manage daily operations, promotions, inventory, onboarding, and guest service while upholding Buckle's policies and ethics. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced retail environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate and fulfill store operations as assigned by store management.
• Oversee promotions, signage, pulls and markdowns, and layaway procedures.
• Answer phone lines and resolve inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Lead onboarding, hiring dashboards, and new-teammate onboarding.
• Complete inventory reviews and maintain POS knowledge.
• Ensure policy compliance for payments, exchanges, and Loss Prevention.
