The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for our Shreveport, LA store. This role leads daily operations, oversees freight coordination, visual merchandising, and guest service to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will manage promotions, inventory, scheduling, onboarding, and loss prevention, while upholding Buckle policies and ethics. A high school diploma or GED and retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience (1–3 months) preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and guest service to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
• Lead onboarding, interviewing, and training of new Teammates.
• Manage promotions, inventory processes, and loss prevention practices.
