The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Greenville, SC to fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role may include duties of Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser based on business needs and store volume.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, onboarding new teammates, managing promotions, inventory reviews, and maintaining visual standards. Requires flexibility in schedule and a strong focus on guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience or training preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and guest experience.
• Lead onboarding and hiring dashboards and interviews.
• Manage promotions and signage and ensure display standards.
• Perform inventory reviews including year-end inventory and reporting.
• Monitor security risks and loss prevention practices.
