Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will oversee a variety of operational tasks and may assist as Freight Coordinator or Visual Merchandiser based on business needs and store volume.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday periods.
• Ability to maintain accurate merchandise handling and store processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoices against received shipments and process transfers.
• Prepare and ship items to guests and other stores with proper packaging.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and keep an organized work area.
• Support visual merchandising and floor presentation as needed.
• Adhere to Buckle's policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
