Job summary
The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. You will oversee a variety of operational tasks and may assist as Freight Coordinator or Visual Merchandiser based on business needs and store volume.

Qualifications
- No prior experience or training required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holiday periods.
- Ability to maintain accurate merchandise handling and store processes.
Responsibilities
- Verify invoices against received shipments and process transfers.
- Prepare and ship items to guests and other stores with proper packaging.
- Maintain shipment paperwork and keep an organized work area.
- Support visual merchandising and floor presentation as needed.
- Adhere to Buckle's policies and contribute to a positive team environment.
