You will oversee store operations, manage promotions, onboarding, inventory, POS knowledge, and loss prevention, and may cover Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties as needed.

This full-time role offers a hourly compensation of $16-$20, plus commission on sales, with benefits after waiting period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months retail experience or training preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, including scheduling, onboarding, and training.
• Lead promotions, markdowns, signage, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular reviews and year-end counts.
• Protect assets by applying Loss Prevention practices.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve inquiries.
