Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

The role oversees daily store operations, participates in promotions, inventory, onboarding, and guest services, and may cover Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties as needed. The position requires flexibility and a strong retail background.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Training or 1–3 months related retail experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
• Manage promotions and ensure signage is displayed correctly.
• Complete pulls, markdowns, and inventory reviews, including year-end inventory.
• Lead onboarding and hiring activities with daily monitoring of hiring dashboards and interviews.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle inquiries and requests efficiently.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s policies, including loss prevention practices.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and organize fixtures and shelving.
• Oversee POS operations and ensure accurate transactions and exchanges.
