Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations and help deliver the company’s mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.

You will lead merchandising, promotions, inventory control, scheduling, and staff onboarding, while ensuring loss prevention, POS proficiency, and adherence to Buckle policies. This role requires flexibility and a strong guest‑service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to travel and cover other stores within District as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and guest experience.
• Lead promotions, inventory, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Maintain POS proficiency and loss-prevention practices.
• Ensure proper handling of shipments, returns, and exchanges.
• Uphold Buckle policies and drive a neat, organized store.
