ALO is hiring an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency in the Aspen store. You will lead inventory, shipping and replenishment, while coaching the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Values feedback and is open to coaching.

• Requires constant movement in all store areas and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with GM to close process gaps.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment via stockroom standards and processes.
