Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team while maintaining guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and elevate process gaps with the GM.
• Manage shipments, receiving, replenishment, floor recovery and stock management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient stockroom operations and processes.
• Partner with managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies and staff development.
• Open and close the store per back-of-house standards.
