Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Aspen to lead the store’s Sales & Service team and drive guest experiences. The role partners with the General Manager to build and execute the store’s sales strategy, while coaching team members and maintaining brand standards.

You will oversee client relations, staff scheduling, and performance metrics to ensure exceptional service and financial targets are met. The position is full-time and on-site, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Agile and multitasking in a changing environment.
• Willingness to move around store and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the GM to address gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and coach staff.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and implement selling initiatives.
• Partner with GM to develop and execute Sales & Service strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings and manage budget, reporting, and metrics.
