Job summary

ALO is looking for an Operations Lead in Aspen, CO to drive profitability and efficiency. You will lead inventory processes, support store operations, and coach a team on the shop floor and back of house.

The role requires proactive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to move throughout the store and handle physical tasks as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with decision-making skills.
• Values feedback and provides constructive input.
• Self-motivated with results orientation for individual and team success.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO Guiding Principles.
• Ability to move around store and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to address gaps.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe operations with solid stockroom practices.
