Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Aspen to join our store team and drive profitability and efficiency. The role collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement processes, manage stock, and optimize daily operations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a client-centric role, be able to move continuously, lift up to 50 pounds, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while upholding ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with management to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets, and store operations.
