Job summary

Alo is seeking an Operations & Visual Leader to join the store leadership team. You will drive operational and visual strategy, oversee inventory accuracy, labor planning and scheduling, and maintain high visual standards to keep the store customer-ready.

You will lead a team, communicate with the General Manager, monitor budget and metrics, and ensure Alo's mission is reflected in daily operations. Strong leadership and retail experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and collaborate with GM to fix gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries and maintain stock.
• Support a safe, efficient work environment and operation.
• Lead the team with accountability, coaching, and talent development.
