Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and work with the General Manager to close process gaps.
• Oversee shipments, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, floor replenishment, floor sets, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support a safe, efficient operation through stockroom standards and processes.
• Move on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
