Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Retail Operations Manager (Finance) to profitably manage a Goodwill Retail store, donation site, and in-store production facility. You will lead staff to achieve store goals, maintain high standards of customer service, and drive performance using key management tools.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and a background check.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related retail management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a role model in manner and appearance to promote a positive work environment.
• Meets store goals, identifies work to be done, prioritizes and delegates to drive results.

• Conducts weekly management team meetings and monthly staff meetings.
